This hearing instrument works with any of the following devices:
- iPhone 5 and newer
- iPad (3rd generation or newer, circa 2012+)
- Android smartphone, version 4.4 or newer, w/ Bluetooth 4.0+
- Android tablet, version 4.4 or newer, w/ Bluetooth 4.0+

What features can you control with the app?
Volume control
- Change the volume directly through the App.
- Left and right side volume can be linked together, or adjusted independently.
Choose from 4 different modes:

Precision Hearing Match
Use the Hearing Check on the app to analyze your hearing thresholds and then optimize the device to your custom hearing profile.
Hearing check is not intended as an audiological measurement, but a quick and fun way to adapt the device for the end user.
Fine-tune the frequencies
After running the hearing check, you can use the 5-band equalizer to further refine the following frequencies if desired:
- 500 Hz
- 1000 Hz
- 2000 Hz
- 3000 Hz
- 4000 Hz

Will this stream phone calls or music directly to my hearing device?
No, streaming is not available for this device. The app is for device control only. Volume, program mode, equalizer settings, etc.
How long will batteries last?
The included rechargeable battery gives about 30 hours per charge.
Will this work for severe or profound hearing loss?
For the highest volume boost available, please be sure to use the included ear hook kit with the thick tube and cut the tube to length. However, please keep in mind that the device is not recommended for severe or profound.

I got this for my sister who has a poor hearing. She said it is very easy to setup and use as long as you read the manual or instruction how to operate it. The app has a nice GUI and you can control the volume using it. Pairing the Bluetooth with the phone is easy with no issues. The sound quality is also good with no static noise and in my opinion it is worthy for its price. Overall, this is a very good product and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality smart hearing amplifier.

This hearing amplifier comes with varying size domes, which according to our elder family member, was important to fit solidly into the ear canal. At first, the initial dome that was on the hearing aid did not fit well; as a result, the amplifier whistled with every movement his head made. But, once we used the correct sized dome, the whistling went away.All accessories were neatly packaged in plastic bags. However, I did not like the cleaning wire/brush being packaged in a tiny bag, as this made the wire stay curled up when I removed it from the bag.I find the user guide very useful in showing how to operate this product.Here are the steps I took to connect the app to the hearing amplifiers:1. I turned on blue tooth of my Android phone2. I went to Play Store and typed “Soundwear” (one word, no spaces) in the search box3. I selected “Soundwear …ultradigi hearing technology…”note: the app takes up roughly 10 Mb of memory4. I was given the choice of “switch to old style” or “stay in new style” – I selected new style5. I press “connect devices” – that gave me two choices:Right earspoke-r100(009…) or Left earspoke-r100(00b2…)6. I first selected the right, then turned on the right hearing amplifier, and followed the directions. Once I was satisfied, I then turned off the right amplifier.7. I then turned on the left hearing amplifier and followed the directions.Lastly, the hearing amplifier fits well on our elder family member’s ears, even while wearing glasses (see pics).Overall, it took some time to learn how to use this amplifier (including the app); but, our elder family member is now happily using it.

First time I’ve worn digital hearing aids. First time I’ve worn hearing aids in 25 years. All items were in the box, nothing missing. Charged quickly. Downloaded the app to a Samsung S20 and set them up without issue. The hearing test is great, very easy. I also input my last audiogram and fit the aids to that, the sound is amazing.Tried a couple of different domes, have settled on the semi-open ones at the moment.Obviously, it’s somewhat disorienting as I’m hearing frequencies again that I haven’t heard in a very long time. I have questions about buying spare rechargeable battery units and extra domes. There are no obvious answers on the manufacturer’s website, I’ll email their support.I’ll endeavour to update this review next week and regularly for a while as I use them. Day one and I’m very happy so far.
