EarSpoke devices come with a 45-day return policy. This starts from the date of the order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Returns are eligible for 100% refund with no restocking fee.

One-Year Limited Warranty
EarSpoke devices purchased from an authorized seller come with a 1-year limited warranty (subject to the terms set forth below) from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.

What is covered:
- Defects in materials and workmanship in the hearing device
What is not covered:
- Any damage resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage
- Any accessories such as ear domes, tubes, and cleaning supplies
- Replaceable batteries
- Sales from any unauthorized sellers not mentioned above.
- Any attempt to disassemble the hearing device will void the warranty.
Limitation of Warranty:
- Any accessories such as ear domes.
- Accidental damage, such as if it was stepped on.

THIS REMEDY IS INTENDED TO BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE BUYER. ZYON LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PRACTICAL PURPOSE.
